If you read closely you will see W.H. Jackson, Milton Moss (Harald Drewes), N.P. Hill, Rev. Hart, C.H. Eldridge, and R. Chauvenet. So did CSS collect? There are many letters from these and other members apologizing for not paying their dues. All the excuses we still hear. |
